Beautiful spa! Welcoming staff at check in! Great locker room & showers! Cozy robes! Hot tub, sauna, steam room & cold plunge is a plus!! Very well planned & laid out concept ! Lounges in salt relaxation room is beautiful! Ennise was fantastic in the facial room ! Great products! Highly recommend!! Plus I booked my next appointments with a 10% savings .. that great customer service!

The facility is tastefully decorated and spotless. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They have a steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge area. It’s pretty small, but it was only us, so it was perfect. The locker rooms were very clean and had toiletries for us to use. We purchased the couples massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. They have massage tables that move and adjust for different parts of the massage. It was also heated, so you are warm during the entire massage. Wonderful experience.

Bridgette and Bernadette took care of me and my husband. We got the Valentine’s Day special and it was so memorable. The facility is so clean and the amenities are spectacular! Coed so we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and the Cold plunge together! We felt renewed. The message was so relaxing and refreshing. Thank you for giving us such a special experience and memories for this Valentine’s.

The staff made me feel completely at home—everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Before my treatments, I enjoyed the eucalyptus-infused steam room and the hydrotherapy spa, which were both rejuvenating. I’m already planning to brave the cold plunge on my next visit! My signature massage with Bernadette was absolutely amazing, and the illuminating facial with Ines was hands-down the best facial I’ve ever had. Five Elements Spa is truly a gem—a place where relaxation, luxury, and heartfelt hospitality come together. I can’t wait to return!
